Description

The E152N-1 Dissecting Kit No. 1 is a comprehensive collection of essential tools, thoughtfully curated to facilitate detailed anatomical dissection. Encased in a black-colored vinyl zip wallet, it includes 12 items, ensuring that every need of the field biologist is met. Notably, this kit features two magnifiers: a folding hand lens, known as a Jewellers Loupe, and a small handheld magnifier. The details of the tools are as follows:

  • Forcep, Pointed
  • Forcep, Featherlight
  • Handheld Magnifier: 2x magnification, 35mm diameter
  • Folding Hand Lens Magnifier: 10x magnification, 21mm diameter, all metal
  • Scalpel Handle
  • Scalpel Blade: Size #22
  • Scissors: Iris, sharp/sharp
  • Scissors: Blunt/sharp, 125mm
  • 3 Assorted Needles/Probes/Seekers
  • Wallet: Zip type with 14 loops

On the other hand, the E152N-2 Dissecting Kit No. 2 provides an equally comprehensive array of 14 dissecting instruments, also housed within a practical black vinyl zip wallet. Unlike Dissecting Kit No. 1, this assembly does not include magnifiers. However, it retains a remarkable breadth of utility with its robust toolset:

  • Pipe o/plated Chain Hook
  • Tissue Forcep: Blunt, rat tooth
  • Forcep, Pointed
  • Razor with Black Handle
  • 2 Scalpel Handles: Sizes 3 & 4, each with a scalpel blade
  • Scissors: Iris, sharp/sharp, 125mm
  • Scissors: Blunt/sharp, 125mm
  • 4 Assorted Dissecting Needles/Probes
  • Wire Probe
  • Wallet: Zip type with 14 loops

For users in need of magnification tools, the desirable 10x x 21mm folding hand lens—found in Kit No. 1—can be individually purchased as part of the E276 series, thus enhancing the functional versatility of Kit No. 2.
